The DistaLogger is a simple data gathering module. It
is able to collect level, pressure, vacuum, temperature and on/off
events such as motor start stop occurrences. The information is recorded
as often as you would like and given a time date stamp. Then you can
download the data and provide graphs charts or sequential logs. There
are 32,000 recordings possible before you loop around and overwrite
the first entry or stop the recording process. For example, if you
choose to record the condition of your equipment every 4 minutes you
will be able to capture 3 months continual activity without recording
over the first entry. |

Choose the set up criteria you prefer for gathering
data using the PC software and download it into the DistaLogger.

Place the unit inside the enclosure and plug in the 4-20mA cable from
the process signal you want
to record. Each unit has its own battery and a battery indicator.
They last about a year. |

Once the data is collected you can either remove the DistaLogger
from its velcro mounts and take it back to the computer or you can
purchase a collection unit that allows you to download 10 different
units while they are in the enclosure and download all of them into
the computer for display and graphing.
